Lublin

Lublin, also known as little Krakow is worth a visit, the city has quite a vibrant social scene there are many clubs cafe's restaurants and theaters. 35% of the city's population comprise of students.

The architecture, particularly in the old cobbled streets is traditional and interesting. For the outdoor person there is the local lake, Zemborzycki Zalew, where wind surfing, fishing cycling around the forests and kayaking is popular.

For those interested in Polish History there is Krakowska Gate, Trinitarian Tower and the Dominican Cloisters are worth a visit.

You can also take a tour under the old town, which is quite spooky.

If you feel like a break in a normal Polish atmosphere rather than the hustle and bustle of Warsaw or Krakow, you may find this city a little more peaceful.
